Favorites: Prague

Another installment of Favorites!? This time, I'm coming at you with Prague, Czech Republic, because Prague has to be the most beautiful city I've seen in person (although, disclaimer, I'm not all that well-traveled for a travel enthusiast).

One; old town square
If you're into exploring European old towns, Prague's is one of the best ones around. The Old Town Square, especially, boasts some incredible architectural styles. The show-stealer has to be the medieval astronomical clock, first installed in 1410 and the oldest one still functioning.

Two; prague castle
The largest ancient castle in the world and the current seat of the President of the Czech Republic, Prauge Castle is the stunning crown that sits above the city. It sprawls within its walls, embellished by Gothic architecture, and the view from the castle is breathtaking.

Three; the charles bridge
Finally, my all-time favorite, the famous Charles Bridge provides another wonderful immersion into historic Prague. It can get crowded, connecting Prague Castle with the Old Town, but the views and architecture are worth in, in my opinion. It's guarded by 30 baroque-style statues, and a Gothic bridge tower stands on the Old Town end of the bridge.
